Equip U is a four-week intensive study designed to grow and equip believers to serve the Lord more effectively in the church. Classes are listed below. Please sign-up for the class that would benefit you most at this time. 

Equip U class will meet on March 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 30th from 6:00pm -7:00pm.

Prayer: This class will focus on the importance and keys of having a meaningful and effective prayer life. Participants will learn about the importance of prayer, how to overcome the obstacles that keep us from praying, how to pray as we should and simple ways to make our prayer life more effective. This group will be led by Bro. Mike Sams.

Spiritual Gifts: As believers, we are called to serve the church and do the work of the Lord. The Holy Spirit distributes different gifts to equip each of us to serve. In this session, we will explore the biblical definitions of Spiritual Gifts, identify our personal gifts, and consider how those might be used to serve at FBCM and beyond. This group will be led by Jamie and Katie Mantooth.

Discipling Others: This class will dive into the final command that Jesus gives before He ascends back to heaven. Participants will learn about how to fulfill the Great Commission by passing on their faith from one generation to another. We will examine what a disciple is and what it practically means to pass your faith to others as you seek to make disciples. This group will be led by Greg Alderdice and Matt Brewer.
